What does it mean to "sit with your feelings?" It means allowing yourself to fully acknowledge and welcome your emotions without immediately trying to suppress, ignore or fix them. It's about creating a space to observe your feelings, even if it's uncomfortable, without judgment. By sitting and processing your emotions, you can better understand why you feel this way and develop greater self-awareness and resilience.
