This is a clear example that loyalty is very important, even more so if there are difficult moments, since most of the time they are very good, it's just that some of us only pay attention to the bad without focusing on the good things! For example, United Airlines has been my main means of air transportation for the last twenty years, of which I still expect flight cancellations, delays due to technical failures, delays due to weather conditions and some others that often give us frustration.I prefer the delay and will eventually have a pleasant flight and the most important thing is to arrive safely at my destination with many of the previous inconveniences. I will not change my favorite airline because of what they offer me is better than delays or other things that many people believe are bad or believe that their time is the only one that matters!
The same thing happens in our jobs, we get angry and quit over minor things without realizing it and analyzing the good things.
