Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay, an important time to reflect on our support for mental health in our communities. In Delaware, Lions are taking meaningful steps by engaging local youth through the Camp Conquer program. This initiative promotes mind and body health through weight lifting, mindfulness and group meditation, fostering a safe environment for young people to thrive and form relationships. How is your club contributing to mental well-being? Let’s share ideas and inspire each other! 💚 #LionsForMentalHealth
