Congrats to our partner and friend Josh Seiden for being named Cooley's Anemia Foundation “2024 Man of the Year”! Josh raised over $675,000 for the foundation to help find a cure, his hard work and dedication to this foundation is indescribable. On Thursday, June 13, 2024, our team had the privilege of attending the Cooley's Anemia Foundation annual event at Villa Lombardi’s. With over 400 attendees, it was a remarkable gathering, a testament to the network Josh and LMJ Management and Construction have established. We were delighted to celebrate this special occasion alongside our very own Mark Seiden, Josh’s father and longtime supporter and board member of the Long Island chapter. The Cooley's Anemia Foundation is dedicated to serving people afflicted with various forms of thalassemia, most notably the major form of this genetic blood disease, Cooley's anemia/thalassemia major. Our mission is advancing the treatment and cure for this fatal blood disease, enhancing the quality of life of patients and educating the medical profession, trait carriers and the public about Cooley's anemia/thalassemia major.
