Celebrating 100 years of integrity. In 1945, Frederick Rose joined the firm followed by his brother Daniel a few years later. Representing the second generation, Fred and Dan brought energy and fresh insight to Rose Associates, now a well-established New York City development company. In 1951, Rose developed The Park Grammercy, located at 7 Lexington Avenue and pictured below.

We had a great time attending RETCON this week where Brian Peters our COO, and Christopher Blackman, our Managing Director of IT joined industry experts in discussions around emerging patterns in property technology and business strategies.

During this Women’s History Month, we are recognizing and celebrating the impact of women in our organization by shining a spotlight on some of our female leaders. To be a fighter, and to never give up!” If you could describe women in one word, what would it be?- Survivor What advice would you give your 13yr old self? – Do not be afraid to fight for and follow your passion, whatever it is that excites you. Understand who you are, embrace the situation and keep pursuing what makes you feel like YOU. The world is yours and will open ways you cannot even imagine. As a 13-year-old I did not ever dream to be who I am today.

Celebrating 100 years of success. In 1925, Rose Associates completed its first development on Barnes Avenue in the Bronx. Building on this success, the company expanded into Manhattan with the development of Goodhue House at 20 East 35h Street in 1937, followed by The Westmore at 333 West 57th Street in 1940 (pictured below).

Team Tour Centennial Year Edition! At Rose, connection and community are at the heart of our culture. This year, our monthly team tours are even more special as we celebrate our centennial. These gatherings bring us together to exchange ideas, tackle challenges, and drive continuous improvement while honoring 100 years of real estate excellence. As part of our Black History Month celebration, our employee resource group, Melanated brought colleagues together for a paint and sip night. This evening of creativity and celebration fostered connection and gave our team an opportunity for artistic expression while reflecting on and honoring the contributions and legacy of African Americans throughout U.S. history and society.
