As we celebrate the new Logan’s Luau summer menu, we want to highlight the dedication and talent of our passionate teams who made this launch a success! Each of these teams worked together to bring this menu to your table. Our mouthwatering dishes, like the Mesquite Grilled Sausage Sampler, Hawaiian Strip and Coconut Shrimp Dinner, were developed with care by our expert Chef Luis Haro.
