Come say hi to Katerina Greenstein at DevOpsDays Tel Aviv. She will be at Booth G7 presenting our newest AI-based features! "Hi all, my name is Katerina and I’m a Business Development Manager here at Logz.io. Thrilled to be contributing to a company that’s setting new standards and creating real impact in the tech world and driving innovation in the observability space. Outside of my work I'm chasing a personal dream - becoming an Ironman! So, you can find me biking, swimming, or running, pushing my limits and training hard. Balancing both has taught me so much about resilience, focus, and the power of setting big goals.Excited for what’s to come, both in my professional journey and on the path to Ironman."

We’re still building our AI Agent—it’s not perfect yet, but it’s already exceeded our expectations. The real challenge is that environments keep getting more complex: cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, microservices, serverless computing, multi-cloud...all evolving faster than ever. Traditional observability tools just keep adding more functions, but complexity needs more than extra features. More graphs, visualizations, or alerts only get you so far. The real shift for us was realizing we needed a different approach. Instead of adding more layers, we’re using Gen AI to make #observability genuinely smarter—and that’s what’s going to make a real impact for companies. Join me today at 11:00 AM EDT/5:00 PM CEST alongside other principal software engineering leaders, for a roundtable hosted by LeadDev, where we'll discuss the role of #AI in root cause analysis and showcase the Logz.io AI Agent live! 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gUvFW28f Or you can catch me in person at the #DevOpsDaysTLV Demo Theater on Thursday at 11:40.

"Hi everyone, my name is Yalin Han, and I am a Demand Generation Manager at Logz.io. I joined Logz.io seven months ago, and wow, time really flies! One of the many reasons for that is the countless opportunities I’ve had to test, learn, and grow. I’ve never had a dull moment here. As a marketer with years of experience, it’s not always easy to find a company that embraces innovation as much as Logz.io. I’m truly grateful for that. Outside of work, my husband and I spend a lot of time with our furry baby and our human baby. As a first-time mom of a one-year-old, there’s still so much for me to learn. Any parenting advice is welcome—comment below!"

One of the things I'm going to tell you is that everything you've heard so far, and everything you're going to hear for the rest of the day about observability, is all going to change in the next few months. Obviously, we've all heard about LLMs like ChatGPT and everything happening in the industry right now. So one of the things I did was ask ChatGPT what is the best way to integrate LLM into observability. The responses were interesting. However, one limitation of LLMs is their lack of creativity, which is where we see an opportunity to improve and offer a fresh perspective on leveraging them effectively. That’s where observability for #LLMs comes in. It’s basically a lifesaver for developers and engineers. It helps us keep an eye on how these models are performing, spot any biases early, and fix issues before they snowball into bigger problems. 1) Log Analysis & Pattern Recognition: LLMs process logs from systems, identifying patterns, anomalies, and issues to enable proactive monitoring. 2) Anomaly Detection: By learning normal behavior, LLMs detect unusual metrics or logs, alerting operators to potential issues. 3) Natural Language Querying: Users can ask #observability questions in plain language, retrieving data and insights easily without technical expertise. 4) Root Cause Analysis: LLMs analyze data across logs, metrics, and events to help identify the cause of incidents. 5) Predictive Analytics: LLMs forecast system behavior, highlighting potential bottlenecks or failures for proactive action. 6) Knowledge Base Enrichment: LLMs document insights and best practices, enriching the organization's knowledge base. 7) Collaborative Problem-Solving: LLMs assist teams by providing insights and coordinating responses in real-time workflows. Stop chasing alerts and start solving problems faster with Logz.io. Our platform uses innovative #AI to enhance analysis and streamline troubleshooting, guiding you through workflows, automating processes, and boosting efficiency for users of all skill levels.
