🎉 A HUGE shoutout to the incredible Rachel Gengler at Lorien Bulle Rock for being crowned July's Employee of the Month! 🌟 Rebecca Knight, Lorien Bulle Rock’s Human Resources Director, is bursting with gratitude and has some heartfelt words to share: “She has faced challenges and overcome many obstacles this year, but she kept going. Team members are always talking about her hard work and helpful attitude and we could not agree more. We have watched her strive to improve and take on more responsibility, and it has been an inspiration for our entire team. Here are just a few examples of what she has accomplished so far this year: successfully completed CMA class and is now a Certified Medicine Aide, assists HR in hiring qualified NAiT applicants for the team, assists the doctor with wound rounds, covers admissions when needed so we can maintain our census, created a google doc on the fly for a family survey, and as of yesterday –she is helping cover as the unit secretary until we can find a replacement. She lifts others up instead of pushing them down. We admire her dedication to always putting forth excellent work, as well as taking on more work without complaint. Thank you for being such a team player, and congratulations on being named July’s Employee of the Month! Your excellent performance is an inspiration to all. Airy’s training dummy, was yelling in excitement when Lorien Mount Airy recently hosted a fabulous Competency Fair! 🎉 This nursing skills extravaganza and educational event had something for everyone. Today we are celebrating the Stars of the Month at Lorien Mays Chapel: ⭐ Terri Moore and Madison Reitzloff ⭐! Christine Brown, the HR Director at Lorien Mays Chapel spear headed this initiative! She saw the need to recognize those who put in the work to make Lorien a better workplace, so every quarter Lorien Mays Chapel spotlights two individuals for the Lorien Star honorees! Lorien Mays Chapel’s team members have noted that Terri Moore is a GNA who has proven to be efficient, knowledgeable, and compassionate with Mays Chapel’s residents and always assists when needed! Madison Reitzloff, who is in Social Work, has been noted by peers that she is very personable, empathetic, knowledgeable and does everything she can to make the residents voices be heard!
