Wendy once dreamed of becoming an Air Force pilot but didn’t think working with aircraft was in the cards for her. Thanks to Northrop Grumman and the Lost Angels Career Center program, Wendy gets to live out a new version of that dream as an F-35 dimension control technician...and she couldn’t be happier. #DefiningPossible https://lnkd.in/eU5YFFYs

One of the things I'm most proud of about working at Northrop Grumman is how the company supports our local communities. If you've been following me for a while, you've probably seen me post about Lost Angels Career Center, a workforce development program in Lancaster, CA that has grown near and dear to my heart and to so many other NG employees because of the way it opens doors for an underserved population. The word has spread throughout the company due to the many outstanding Lost Angels that now work here and through the many highlights and articles we've shared internally. I am thrilled that we recently published a story that can be shared externally; one that highlights the incredible Wendy, who joined NG from the Lost Angels program last year. Her story, like so many others from the program, shows that perseverance pays off. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/giCVk3nC.
