CoralTree Hospitality has welcomed two new properties to their growing management portfolio - Black Desert Resort and Red Mountain Resort - Utah. The two properties, owned by Utah-based Reef Capital Partners, are located in Greater Zion with access to more than 2,400 square miles of adventure and inspiration. Red Mountain Resort has welcomed wellness enthusiasts for nearly three decades. The 130-room resort is renowned for its focus on wellness and adventure that capitalizes on the natural beauty of the surrounding region. The new Black Desert Resort, developed by Reef, is a 600-acre resort and entertainment complex. Stunning red rock cliffs and lava fields are the backdrop for the development and is the only all-encompassing resort community in Greater Zion.

Our Southeast team is proud to give back to the community by lending a helping hand to those who need it most. Partnering with Operation Home, we were able to support the Feagins, who have called their Moncks Corner home since 1987. Their old ramp was no longer safe for use, so our team rebuilt their deck and ramp, creating a secure and accessible solution. Now, the Feagins can continue to enjoy their home safely for years to come.

CoralTree Hospitality's first management contract of 2025 kicked off with Poco Diablo Resort and Spa in Sedona, Arizona. The resort offers 137 spacious guest rooms, dining at the Willows Kitchen & Wine Bar as well as an array of relaxing treatments at the full-service Spa at Poco Diablo, over 8,500 square feet of indoor meeting space and much more, just minutes from the vibrant uptown area. The resort will join the Outbound Hotels collection of lifestyle hotels and will be rebranded as Outbound Sedona following a planned transformation, expanding on the beauty of its outdoor environment while creating an upscale lifestyle option complete with an elevated spa experience, renovated guest rooms and reimagined public spaces. CoralTree currently manages Outbound Mammoth in California.
