Meet the Team! Morgan Williams, MAI is our new Director of Asset Management and Acquisitions. Morgan has over 20 years of experience in the valuation and brokerage of multifamily properties.     Throughout her tenure she has provided valuation services for over $1 billion of multifamily projects including market rate, student housing, LIHTC properties, as well as short term rentals. She has also represented both buyers and sellers in the sales of both existing and ground-up multifamily assets totaling over $100 million.    We’re relying on her expertise in the Southeastern region of the United States as we work to grow this section of our portfolio.

We’re gearing up for another great panel session with Bisnow on Thursday, Nov 7th! We have some exciting news to share! The Town of Middletown, Rhode Island has announced our long-awaited plan to revitalize land located on the corner of West Main Road and Coddington Highway. Together with Kempenaar Real Estate Inc and First Bristol Corporation, we will transform the unused space into a vibrant mixed-used development and town center. "New renderings of the 600,015-square-foot facility [at Tampa International Airport] show it will have an abundance of natural light and views of the bay. The two-story project will also include a mezzanine for two airline lounges. The shopping and dining locations will be at the center of the airside, creating 360-degree views of the gates….It is expected to need to accommodate up to 35 million passengers by 2037."   We’re excited for these additions to Tampa International Airport and the value this will bring to our future residents and the city!
