Ludlow Property Group (“LPG”) was formed in 2023 for the purpose of executing value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies both in New York and Colorado on behalf of our investment partners. We are grateful to our investors, our construction lender Alpine Bank, and our project team for their efforts in getting this deal closed. We look forward to delivering a high-quality facility to the Vail Valley in 2025.
