More behind-the-scenes footage from Lyft! If you're a great rideshare driver, you’re great at service, consistently delivering on the basics even as you provide next-level hospitality as needed. And if you're employer in the service industry, you're probably looking to add highly reliable, experienced, high-service people to your team. So starting this week for drivers, we’re rolling out a Driver Accomplishment Letter – a personalized document you can download in-app that summarizes your journey driving with Lyft for potential employers. It will be available to all high-volume drivers in good standing. Have a look at the video-- you'll see mine! Why would we make it easier for drivers on the platform to apply for another job? Well, hopefully you'll keep driving with Lyft, at least part-time. But no matter what, we want you to help you succeed. And that's how we're creating the best service in rideshare.

Buckle up, folks. We’re heading toward another transportation revolution, and this one is hands-free. Autonomous vehicles will change how we spend our time, get around, and even build our cities. But as amazing as the technology is becoming, it's only one link in the chain. Part of my job as CEO is to see the future — or at least try to. We're working hard at Lyft to raise our level of service to an almost unreasonable level. Recently we've been focusing on our Black Car experience. Riders love it, and it's good for our business. BTW, Valentine's Day is coming up. I *highly* recommend scheduling your ride now-- and while you're at it, making it a Black car for an elevated experience. We just released our 2024 full-year financial results and I’m so proud of what the Lyft team accomplished: ✅ Record Gross Bookings, significant margin expansion, our first full year of GAAP profitability, and record cash flow generation. ✅ Annual all-time highs in rides, riders, and driver hours, making our service-levels industry-leading. ✅ Announced an inaugural share repurchase program of $500M.   ✅ Surpassed every 2024 target we provided at our investor day in June. Lyft is now, more than ever, operating from a position of strength. The best part? 2024 was only the beginning of our multi-year plan.
