Still feeling inspired by the extraordinary celebration of the Annual International Women's Day Symposium hosted two weeks ago! What better way to celebrate International Women's Day than by joining my incredible colleagues at the Mumbai office? It was a privilege to visit Mumbai office for the first time, and the experience was nothing short of inspiring. A key highlight was the powerful Women Leadership Sharing session, led by our very own Tanuja Charatkar, Director, ERP Strategy & Operations. Her journey in IT is a true testament to how women not only succeed but thrive in leadership roles—staying at the forefront of technology, leaning into their careers, all while never losing sight of the importance of family. Our Poznań LIFT group celebrated the month by organizing empowering self-defense workshops under the supervision of professional instructors and Krav Maga masters. Although we believe that interpersonal skills are key in every life situation, we know that there are unpredictable situations in which our charm may not be enough...
