Many people working in mental health and beyond are now acutely aware that we are in the midst of a global mental health crisis, with one in two people experiencing a mental health disorder in their lives. I believe clinical science and innovation are key to unlocking the deep transformation we need in access to care and in quality of care to turn this crisis around. If you’re curious for more of my thoughts on this check out this “From the fields” column in Wiley’s Mental Health Weekly https://lnkd.in/gTuBeA5K . In that article I am advocating for using scientific rigor, measurement based care, and peer-reviewed publications to move the needle on this crisis by bringing more accountability for our care quality and results. At Lyra Health, our commitments to delivering evidence-based care and keeping ourselves accountable for the results of that care through scientific publications have been firm and steady. I am so thrilled to share that Lyra Clinical Research https://lnkd.in/gPfZXNdn recently published its 20th peer-reviewed study https://lnkd.in/g9UAJ8ic. This milestone reflects 10+ years of delivering high quality evidence based care through 10 million+ therapy sessions, as well as 6+ years of hard work by our dedicated clinical researchers. I am so proud of our care and of advancing the field through our clinical science and research! As we continue to push the boundaries of clinical innovation, we'll stay anchored in our company’s values of putting our clients first, following the science and tackling hard problems. 🌟 #LyraCare #WhyLyra

Workplace stress is on the rise—and it’s taking a toll on employees and businesses alike. According to Lyra Health’s 2025 State of Workforce Mental Health Report, nearly 90% of employees faced at least one mental health challenge last year. 💡So what can employers do? Meaningful, proactive action is key. Companies that address workplace stressors head-on—by expanding access to high-quality mental health care, equipping managers with the right tools, and fostering a culture of psychological safety—will create stronger, healthier workplaces. I break down the latest data on workforce mental health and offer actionable steps for employers, in my latest article for Behavioral Health Tech. Let’s work together to build a future where mental well-being is a workplace priority, not an afterthought. 🔗Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/guD3PTqt #StateOfWorkforceMentalHealth #MentalHealthAtWork #EmployeeWellbeing

The average employee spends 90,000 hours at work over a lifetime. 😮 Whether those hours contribute to well-being and retention or burnout and turnover depends on job design. Effective job design can: ✅ Reduce burnout and absenteeism ✅ Enhance engagement ✅ Fuel performance and innovation ✅ Increase retention Our 2025 #StateofWorkforceMentalHealth Report found that about one-third of U.S. employees cited work-related stress and burnout as their top mental health concerns, often driven largely by excessive workloads, inadequate staffing, and lack of recognition. It's time to fix the work, not the worker. Support well-being and drive success for your teams: https://bit.ly/4bDG13s. #MentalHealth #JobDesign #WorkplaceWellness

Meet Kamila. At JE Dunn Construction, Kamila sought therapy through Lyra Health, finding a therapist who not only understood her culturally but also helped her feel seen and heard. As Kamila beautifully put it, "Part of therapy is sharing your deepest, darkest secrets and fears… Therapy has allowed me to be vulnerable with people I work with and understand that having a bad morning doesn’t mean I have to have a bad day.” In light of #WomensHistoryMonth, Kamila's journey is a powerful reminder of the impact of culturally responsive care and the importance of supporting women in the workforce. 🎥 https://bit.ly/41COwbY
