About us
The M Consulting Group, was established in 2005 by Vaughan A. Marecki, a veteran of the financial services industry. Over his 20+ year successful career in sales and sales leadership, Vaughan experienced first hand, the challenges of attracting and retaining top level sales talent. His experience showed that there was a void in the industry between recruiting firms and companies that need recruiting services. There were a number of recruiting firms available, but very few recruiters who had a proven track record of success in financial services. It made sense to take a successful career of selling and building sales teams and create a recruiting firm that would better understand AND serve its clients. The ultimate goal; to work in partnership with the financial services community to recruit and retain the best talent in the industry. As a retained executive recruiting firm, our mission is to provide the highest level of expertise and professional and personal attention to each individual search project. Our primary goal is to create a "Best in Class" organization for each and every one of our clients.
