Listening to and understanding our customers is what we are known for. This helps us deliver interconnect solutions that are specifically tailored for each ATE application. Keysight Technologies #UGM #mexico!

🧠 Ever watched Inception? The movie follows Dom Cobb (played by Leonardo DiCaprio), a skilled "extractor" who, along with his team, uses experimental dream-sharing technology to infiltrate the subconscious minds of their targets. But instead of simply stealing information, Cobb is tasked with the seemingly impossible: performing "inception"—planting an idea so deeply that the target believes it to be their own. To achieve this, Cobb and his team create multi-layered dreams, where time moves slower in each layer, crafting environments so intricate that the idea becomes deeply rooted and takes on a life of its own. The brilliance of Inception is in its exploration of how difficult it is to make an idea stick, even in a dream. This same principle applies in marketing and sales. It’s not just about sharing a message—it’s about crafting a message that captivates, resonates, and stays with your audience, much like Cobb’s team designing dreams that keep the target engaged and unaware. Recently, I had the chance to apply this approach during a talk for MAC Panel about using the right tools for ATE applications. With the help of my colleague Erick Jimenez at iBtest, I brought a piece of wood, a screw, and my shoe on stage. I asked the audience what tool I should use to drive the screw into the wood, and naturally, they said, "a screwdriver." But then I asked, "What about a shoe?" and proceeded to hammer the screw with my shoe—unsuccessfully, of course. The audience laughed, but it also made the point: using the wrong tool leads to failure, no matter how hard you try. Later in the talk, I pulled out the right tool—a screwdriver—and easily drove the screw in. This live demo grabbed the audience’s attention because it was unexpected and memorable. The message stuck because it was delivered in a way that broke from the ordinary. After the talk, many attendees followed me back to our booth, eager to discuss how our solution could help them. Throughout the day, people approached me, saying they appreciated how the message resonated with them and how it broke through the noise. Some even heard about the demo from others and sought me out to learn more. This experience reinforced the lesson that, much like in Inception, delivering a message that sticks—by using the right tools and approach—is the most effective way to make an impact. What’s a marketing message that really stood out to you? Let’s chat! 💬

🌉 What Does a Bridge to Nowhere Teach Us About ATE Systems? 🌉 The Choluteca Bridge stood strong through the fiercest storms—but still became obsolete when the river changed course. The same can happen to your Automated Test Equipment (ATE) if it’s not built to adapt. We’ve teamed up with Testeract and NI (National Instruments) to explore how flexibility and modularity can keep your systems relevant, no matter the changes ahead. 📰 Read the Newsletter 📽 Watch the Video 📖 Download the eGuide #ATE #Obsolescence #Engineering #NI #Testeract #MassInterconnect #Adaptability
