For the 2024 PERE Credit awards, PERE Credit’s editorial team conducted their own independent research to create a shortlist for their industry’s most prestigious honors. The awards are finalized by a popular voting process. Madison Realty Capital was nominated for this award and ran a campaign to encourage their contacts in the industry to vote for them. There was no compensation paid by Madison Realty Capital to third parties for participation in the voting process.

Madison Realty Capital has originated $60 million in loan-on-loan financing to Veneto Capital Management, a Los Angeles based real estate investment management firm, for the acquisition of a non-performing loan collateralized by Tuscan Highlands, a 304-unit, suburban garden style multifamily apartment complex in the Southern Highlands neighborhood of Las Vegas. Madison Realty Capital provided a $107.6 million loan to an affiliate of Fort Partners for the completion of Seaway North at The Surf Club, an ultra-luxury residential condominium project located adjacent to the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club in the Surfside neighborhood of Miami.
