Over these last few weeks I have been fortunate to spend time in nature on walks with Dr. Stuart Cowan, Executive Director of Buckminster Fuller Institute, here in his hometown, and now mine, Campbell River, BC. Stuart's vast and impressive history of experience in working towards a #regenerative future is only surpassed by the self-work he has done in efforts to embody 'ways of being' that support manifesting this future into existence.
