Meet Alex, a young boy whose life took a tragic turn when he lost both of his parents, leaving him and his siblings without a home or family support. Alex and his siblings found a new beginning thanks to your support and our partnerships with Aldeas Infantiles SOS Bolivia and the Claure Foundation. Two homes were constructed, each filled with love and care, under the watchful eye of a dedicated 'SOS' mother. These homes became a sanctuary where Alex and his siblings could rebuild their lives. Driven by determination, Alex has earned numerous certifications and proudly embraced the role of 'Big Brother,' becoming an inspiration to his siblings and peers. Alex's journey is a powerful reminder of how compassion and support can transform lives. Your contributions make stories like Alex's possible. We are thrilled to announce that together with Grupo Trusot we will be funding the expansion of Sala Ana Frank in Cali, Colombia. This project will enhance the hospital's capacity by reconfiguring the space for a new Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and creating a new Intermediate Care service area. It will also establish a Diagnostic and Procedures Unit, allowing for specialized treatments, such as chemotherapy and pain management, without requiring hospitalization. The new ICU will include 13 cubicles and essential facilities and cover a total of 345 m² adjacent to the current Hospital Universitario del Valle. The existing ICU space will be transformed into an Intermediate Care Unit with 10 beds and a dedicated Procedures Room, significantly improving patient care and meeting the community's growing needs. #MaestroCaresFoundation #CaliColombia #SalaAnaFrank

A year ago, was the grand opening of our project in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, “Cocina Resiliente” at the Boys & Girls Clubs de Puerto Rico! This kitchen provides daily hot meals to 150 children and youth at the center, with the capacity to serve up to 500 hot meals!
