Forbes recently spotlighted the growing trend of urban work campuses. With increasing numbers of people returning to the office, work campuses like Baltimore Peninsula, developed by MAG Partners LP, are taking work-life to the next level. Offering abundant green space and 1.2 million square feet of residential, hotel, and office space across five buildings, Baltimore Peninsula is a waterfront community where top restaurants and major employers like Under Armour and CFG Bank can thrive. Attracted by restaurants, amenities and year-round events like concerts, outdoor movies, and free yoga classes, many of those employed at Baltimore Peninsula have chosen to live right within the community – redefining what it means to work and live in the same space. 🏙️

As one of the liaisons with our financial partners, he has a rare talent for distilling big, complex concepts into clear, actionable insights that everyone can understand—while also creating some truly impressive spreadsheets along the way. We have always enjoyed looking a little different than the rest our industry👷♀️ That’s why we are incredibly proud to show off the female professionals bringing 300 E 50th St and 335 8th Ave to life in honor of Women's History Month and Women in Construction Week. Watch as MAG Partners and Urban Atelier Group teammates Andie Krefsky, Siena Falino, Hillary Charbonneau, and Maryam Moait talk about their work on these two multifamily projects, what inspired them to pursue a career in the construction industry, and what advice they would give to other young women entering the field. #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInConstruction #wicweek25 #wicweek #womeninconstructionweek2025

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Success in real estate development isn’t just about numbers—it’s about 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. Unlike firms that take a rigid approach, MAG Partners LP fosters an environment where 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁—𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀—𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. This culture of 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is what sets them apart in an industry where collaboration is essential for building thriving communities. A strong company culture isn’t just a “nice-to-have”—it’s a competitive advantage. MaryAnne Gilmartin’s favorite view is on the roof of 335 Eighth Avenue, where she can look back at Ruby, our company’s debut project. When 335 Eighth Avenue starts leasing this summer, MAG Partners will have brought to market nearly 600 units of mixed-income housing to the West Chelsea neighborhood. Sitting one block apart, we think of these two buildings as sisters, both designed by COOKFOX Architects and constructed by Urban Atelier Group with textured hand-laid brick facades that reflect the historic character of this corner of Manhattan.
