The AI assistant for enterprise sellers, starting with automated account research.

About us

Tome is an AI assistant for enterprise sellers, built to automate manual work and enable more effective conversations throughout the entire sales cycle. The Tome platform trains custom language models on your company’s sales methodology, value framework, and GTM tech stack, allowing AEs to: 1. Book more qualified pipeline with automated account and persona research, suggested value hypotheses, and personalized outreach messages for the highest priority accounts. 2. Accelerate existing pipeline with detailed meeting prep, generated collateral, AI note taking synced to your CRM, and automated follow-ups. 3. Optimize their sales playbook with insights on which messages, features, and collateral lead to bigger, faster deals. In this new world, AEs can focus less on work that weighs them down and more on spending time with customers. Sales leaders can ensure quality pipeline creation is maximized, more deals are won, and reps ramp faster. And RevOps leaders are at peace-of-mind knowing their systems and processes are being used to their full potential.

While the allure of AI-generated content is undeniable, the true goldmine lies in extraction—unearthing the dormant insights buried in our data, turning information into action, and revolutionizing how enterprises make decisions. See this long-form post from our cofounders Keith Peiris and Henri Liriani on why we're applying AI to sales teams, and how it'll deliver clear business value. https://lnkd.in/g65JUFYr

I'm constantly testing new sales tech. Since we work with 10+ clients across several industries, I need to stay up to date on which tools are best for each industry. And after testing Tome, I can confidently say it's one of the best (if not THE best) solutions for researching Enterprise Accounts. With one click, it will give you an in-depth, yet easily skimmable, summary of the companies you want to prospect. It uses AI to scrape literally every piece of info about that company across the web and your internal sales data, then condenses that info into what's most relevant for you and your company. Think of it like having a second brain engineered for sales, and designed to help you find the best path into your target accounts. Check out this video to see what I'm talking about! What tools are you using for account research? #sales

OpenAI just released their new o1 model, designed to think before it responds and excel in complex problems like science, coding, and math. The commonality between these subjects is the ability to understand a wealth of information, apply it to a problem, and put together a plan on how to solve that problem. For Tome’s AI sales assistant, that means taking our customers’ sales methodology, applying it to key areas in the sales process (like prospecting), and determining the optimal way to break in. Our team believes in scientific evals before rolling models out to large enterprises. We’ve been evaluating o1 vs. Claude Opus across several categories of tasks (i.e. extraction and citation), and make changes once we see statistically significant improvements. So far, o1 seems promising. We’re fortunate to work with OpenAI to boost sales efficiency, and we’re excited to see how the foundation model frontier progresses.
