Meet #HeartWarrior Locklan “Lucky” Moore ❤️ His mom shares, "Lucky was born with PA-IVS. He had a stent placed at 4 days old and then was emergently taken into his first open heart surgery at 5 days old. Just before a month old Lucky was declared in heart failure and listed for transplant. During his wait he dealt with a bad infection and a stroke. After 88 days on the transplant list Lucky got his new miracle heart! He went home 10 days later for his first time at 4 months old and has been thriving ever since!! Lucky has always been the happiest boy despite all he’s been through. We are so grateful for organ donors and for our courageous warrior!"
