On National Stress Awareness Day, let’s recognize how stress can lead to impulsive behaviors, especially for those struggling with eating disorders. Stress can cloud our judgment and leave us feeling emotionally and physically drained. Here are some ways to manage stress and promote well-being: ➡️Clear your mind daily through mindfulness or relaxation techniques. ➡️Practice time-management skills to tackle a busy schedule. ➡️Reach out and talk to someone when stress feels overwhelming. ➡️Embrace something new each day—whether it’s a hobby or a good book. ➡️Honor your limits; it’s okay to change plans for your comfort.
