On Thursday October 3rd, the Appointment Scheduling Contact Center team gathered at the Grecian Shelter, in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, for a day of team building, Games, Food, Beverages, and fun. It was a way for our ever growing department to get together in a social environment, interact and get to know each other better. The department leadership catered the event, with staff chipping in with beverages, ice, and supplies. It was a really good morale booster for those who attended!

We had a fantastic time at the Senior Picnic hosted by NIA Community Services Network! 🎉 It was great to connect with our local community, alongside NYC Councilman Justin Brannan, State Senator Iwen Chu, and State Senator Andrew Gounardes. We hosted our second annual Hispanic Heritage community celebration at Azteca Hall, bringing together over 40 Brooklyn community organizations dedicated to serving our Hispanic and Latino neighbors.
