Congratulations to the 12 Executive Development Training graduates from Mainsail’s Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP)! These executives gathered in Denver this week to celebrate the completion of the seven-month program and to participate in an in-person leadership workshop. During the LEAP: Executive Training program, the executives underwent monthly modules, executive coaching from David Morelli, PhD and Alexandria S., 360 assessments, completed an HBS case study and observed another portfolio company board meeting.
