Calling all manufacturers working to comply with the EPA! Register today for our free webinar with our partners at Trinity Consultants! Why join this webinar? Earlier this year, the EPA signed a final regulation to reduce the magnitude of the annual NAAQS for PM2.5. The final rulemaking reduced the primary (health-based) annual NAAQS from 12.0 to 9.0 µg/m3. Implementation of the revised NAAQS by states and EPA has begun and will continue over the next several years. The updated standard is expected to impact future permitting (e.g., through air dispersion modeling, emission reduction credits, etc.) as well as facility-level compliance. Stay up to date and make sure your company is prepared to be in compliance. 🔗 : https://hubs.ly/Q02VlRNc0

Congratulations to our incredible communications team on their recent achievements!
It’s been a whirlwind of a week! I am incredibly honored and proud of my communications team for the recognition we received through our local PRSA California Capital Chapter! The California Manufacturers & Technology Association (CMTA) was awarded four Influence Awards for our communications work this past year, ranging from our street interviews, to our incredible women’s event that brought 200 women makers together, to our first Coolest Thing Made in California contest! However, the most exciting part of the night wasn’t the awards (I’m serious!) I wouldn’t be here without the nudge from Ananda Rochita and Kim Nava to join PRSA and to take a leadership position on the board and New Pros working with PRSSA Sacramento State. It was an absolutely incredible feeling being able to look around and realize the amazing community I’ve built through this organization! Last year was my first Influence Awards and I barely knew anybody - this year, I couldn’t stop saying ‘hi!’. And, I’ll end my post with a huge congratulations to Kiara Badue - you have worked so hard since starting at CMTA, and the way you have adapted and developed your skills these past two years is inspiring! You always push yourself to better your work, and you have the best attitude in the office - always.
