Let’s get philosophical about Sober October. Staying abstinent for 31 days might feel a little spooky🎃, but what could you gain from it? We encourage you to explore the benefits of taking a break from any substance for a month🌱✨. #SoberOctober #MindfulLiving #MentalWellness #SubstanceFree #LiveSober #HealthierChoices #30DaysSober

We had so much fun at The Expo 2024 engaging attendees in the “Language Matters” activity. 🤩 This exercise focused on shifting the way we speak to reduce stigmas! We received feedback that this activity was beneficial in preparing the Girl Scouts who are aspiring to earn their Mental Wellness Patch and allowed for meaningful conversations for all who participated. Thank you to all who took part! 💙💛 We also extend a huge THANK YOU to Girl Scouts of Green and White Mountains for hosting such an amazing event and Makin’ Community Happen!
