We had a blast at Groceryshop! It was great catching up and meeting with people across the industry. Michele Roney and Amy Andrews also had the opportunity to share their insights on the stage. On the first day, Michele discussed the retail media expansion into offsite and in-store. She told retailers what they need to know as they move toward a full omnichannel offering, as each expansion point has its own challenges and criteria for success. "Just because you can offer in-store and offsite ... doesn’t mean you always should," she cautioned.
