🐾 Heartwarming News from the Jobsite! 🐾 One of our amazing superintendents, Merlin, has been away from home in Arizona working on a project in Miami. While missing his own dogs back home, he found a special way to spend his weekends – volunteering at a local shelter, walking and caring for dogs in need of some love. Well, guess what? One of those pups, Oakley, has found her forever home… and is heading back to Arizona with Merlin! It’s stories like this that remind us how a little kindness can go a long way. Safe travels to Merlin and Oakley – looks like this pup just found her perfect home. #ConstructionWithHeart

After 10 years in the 8(a) program, we are proud to announce that Martinez Construction has officially graduated! We must admit, though, we were bracing for a celebratory 'Congratulations' email from the SBA. Instead, we nearly had a heart attack when we saw the subject line: 'We’re revoking your 8(a) status.' 😅 All jokes aside, we are deeply grateful for the opportunities and growth this program has provided us over the past decade. Now, we’re excited for what’s next and ready to build an even brighter future. Onward and upward!

Recently, our incredible South Florida team enjoyed a well-deserved break with an unforgettable team-building fishing trip! The sun was shining, the fish were biting – the perfect recipe for a day of bonding and fun. They are returning to the job site with renewed energy, stronger connections, and stories that will be told for years to come. A big shoutout to our fantastic team for their hard work and dedication. Martinez Construction is proud to announce the completion of another successful project by our crew on San Nicholas Island. This team effortlessly handled roof and overhang repairs, along with repairing and replacing wind-damaged siding. Great work, team!

The Martinez-DRMP Joint Venture is honored to be selected by Space Launch Delta 45 (SLD) and the U.S. Space Force to provide Title I and Title II services under the Spaceport Architecture Civil Engineering (SPACE) contract at the Patrick Space Force Base and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. This $49M design and inspection Single Award Task Order Contract will enable SLD 45 to meet the ever-increasing infrastructure demands on the Eastern Range, enabling a flexible, sustainable, and efficient Spaceport.

Martinez Construction is thrilled to share the completion of our project at The St. Vincent de Paul Commons. This once-abandoned motel has been fully transformed into 50 supportive housing units. This location will serve Sonoma County, California, by helping to reduce county-wide homelessness. A huge THANK YOU to everyone on our team who contributed to the success of this project.

Martinez Construction Services has two current projects with housing units in the Florida Everglades. We love a unique work location!
