*APPLICATIONS DUE TOMORROW!* The Maryland Organization of Nurse Leaders, Inc./Maryland Nurse Residency Collaborative (MONL, Inc./MNRC), a non-profit organization, is still accepting applications for a Career Pathways Coordinator. The Career Pathways Coordinator will facilitate statewide program development/ augmentation, education and collaboration for hospital integration of nurses (primarily LPN) on a nursing career pathway to existing hospital strategies for LPN and CNA recruitment and retention. They will work collaboratively with hospital and academic nursing leaders, helping to build partnerships for data gathering and practice program facilitation. In addition, the Career Pathways Coordinator provides oversight in the procurement of resources and development of learning materials for hospital leadership and nurse residency program staff.
