Office Events
M&C is no stranger to fun events and a little friendly competition! We host gatherings across all offices & they frequently involve a good meal. Our annual events are well-attended and include a chili cook-off, minor league baseball games & golf tournaments, a Thanksgiving potluck-style meal, (fried turkey in the parking lot included!), and Christmas parties to celebrate the holidays with co-workers and spouses. After all, what's work without a little play?
Conference Participation
M&C is regularly and actively involved in conferences across the five states in which we operate. We sponsor, exhibit, attend, and occasionally present at a variety of networking events, and are proud to have so many of our technical and leadership staff in attendance. From transportation round table discussions to local DOT exhibit halls, you'll find us in the middle of it all!
Local Outreach
M&C is grateful for the opportunity to give back to our surrounding communities every year. Each office selects local nonprofits to benefit every holiday season. M&C has collected lunchbox items for the Ronald McDonald House, gathered coats for the Rescue Mission, provided gifts and essentials for Angel Trees, and much more. Our staff has volunteered time to organizations promoting interest and involvement in STEM, specifically Civil Engineering. We love showing this support in our communities!
