At #SelectUSASummit our own Lauren Berry joined a Site Selection panel to discuss key factors to consider during the site selection process, the impact of incentives to a location decision, and the strategic benefits of using a consultant vs. a DIY approach. Maxis Advisors is able to handle incentive negotiations alongside our evaluation process to be sure that costs are fully understood along with other project drivers. Through our partnership with Foundry Commercial, our team can leverage the expertise of local real estate experts in any of the locations our clients may be considering. Maxis provides a robust framework to support an internal decision-making process. See the Site Selection Panel recap here: https://lnkd.in/eQusw2fD
