Over the weekend, MassDOT and the T held an emergency training drill on the Red Line at Quincy Adams. The exercise created a learning environment for transit and public safety personnel to test and evaluate their emergency response plans and procedures so they're ready for any scenario. On August 22, the heroic efforts of crew members and bystanders saved the life of a passenger experiencing a medical emergency onboard the MBTA ferry Champion.
