The Southside Community Optimal Redevelopment Enterprise (SCORE), a community development entity (CDE) controlled by McCaffery Interests, Inc., is thrilled to announce it has been awarded $50 million in New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) from the 2023 U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund.
