What an Inspiring Few Days! We hosted over 30 incredible leaders at the McChrystal Group Chief of Staff Leadership Retreat at our Headquarters last week. Over two intense days, the team: ✅ Defined a clear ownership mandate with actionable outcomes. 📈 Prioritized initiatives to drive Bayer’s continued success. 📋 Created a comprehensive “ways-of-working” charter that defines team identity, norms, and collaboration. A dawn visit to the National Mall and a reflective trip to Mt.
