McDowell Housing Partners (MHP) is the affordable and workforce housing development arm of McDowell Properties, a national workforce housing investment company that has acquired over 40,000 units across 13 states. MHP is one of the fastest growing affordable housing (LIHTC) developers in the country, with offices in Miami, FL and Dallas, TX. Friday drone shots! I took my first stab at drone piloting today while visiting our City Heights affordable housing development in Austin, TX. Our friends at The NRP Group LLC are going through all final inspections and owner acceptance walks this month with completion expected next month. MHP has 6 new construction developments placing in service this year in Florida, and 1 in Texas.
