As part of our outreach efforts we hosted Michael Stivala, President, and Dr. Leon Chetcuti, CEO of the Malta Development Association (MDA). CEO Leon Chetcuti and treasurer Alfred Camilleri represented the Malta Development Association at the Stakeholders Meeting hosted by the Ministry for the Environment, Energy, and Regeneration of the Grand Harbour. The discussion centred around households' energy transition, with Minister Miriam Dalli delivering a key address. During an intervention, Dr. Chetcuti acknowledged and commended the ministry for its positive schemes. He proposed a thoughtful addition, suggesting that extending these schemes to developers involved in household development could serve as a strategic incentive. This approach aims to encourage the construction of greener and more energy-efficient buildings, aligning with sustainable practices and environmental goals.
