I will try my best to find the words to share the exciting news happening at Haus of Sonder. We are officially bringing on Lauren Young as President. I first had the opportunity to work with Lauren over 8 years ago during our time at Bumble Inc.. I was drawn to Lauren’s authenticity, creativity and unique ability to connect dots to create win/win/wins. She is a futurist, innovator, and relationship builder. We are different in the best of ways. With over 12 years of experience as a dedicated marketer, Lauren specializes in growth marketing within the sustainability and tech industries, helping companies achieve their funding milestones. Lauren's portfolio includes Bumble, adidas, and most recently, Minneapolis Institute of Art. I am grateful to be in a space in my career where I can be vulnerable in identifying my unique strengths and my gaps. I am moving into the role of Chief Community Officer at Haus of Sonder and will work alongside Lauren to bring the vision to life. I’m excited to have the support and space to be vulnerable with Tracy and Toni to share what is needed to bring the vision to life. Adding Lauren to our team is a big deal! Big big big big deal. Big things are happening at Haus of Sonder and Media Bridge! We’re beyond excited to welcome Lauren Young as our new President. Lauren’s leadership is something we have complete confidence in, and we can’t wait to see the incredible places we’ll go together. Beyond her professional achievements, Lauren’s background as a collegiate athlete at the University of Michigan and her incredible journey as a mom of three boys under the age of two add to her impressive skill set. She’s truly a force to be reckoned with! Thanks to the tools provided by EOS Worldwide like the accountability chart, RPRS, and delegate and elevate—we’ve gained valuable insights into how to best leverage the strengths within our team. With these insights, we’re making some exciting strategic moves. Sarah Edwards is stepping into her new role as Chief Community Officer, and Sade Young is taking on the position of Influencer and Social Campaign Manager. These changes will free me up to focus on my visionary role while continuing to lead our talented key accounts team. In just her first week, Lauren has already brought incredible energy and impact to our team. I’m so excited to build this company together with her, Sarah, and Toni Dandrea.
