Board Building? After the Founders and investors take their spots on the Board of Directors, bringing on independent directors or Chairs of the Board can be crucial to success. Bad branding because of focus? "We heard of you, and we see you on the travel circuit and LinkedIn. However, we didn't know that you were a talent acquisition firm.
