As Women’s History Month 2024 comes to an end, I proudly look back to WILD - Women in Leadership Development Club’s celebration events at Menlo College. I’m thrilled to be part of this strong, driven, passionate team and the impactful initiatives we orchestrated throughout the month to honor Women’s Month. From engaging women-themed trivia night fostering friendship and knowledge sharing to hosting a professional-development-focused workshop about women in AI, we've strived to amplify the voices and contributions of women. We highlighted female authors in our partnership with the Menlo College Bowman Library, and shared with our community some remarkable women who shaped the history of women’s rights in our social media series. We closed off celebrations with a memorable Ladies’ Night, full of music, dance, prizes, and fun activities. This evening not only provided a platform for networking and celebration but also reinforced our commitment to nurturing a supportive and inclusive environment for all. 🌷🎯💡📚🪩 A heartfelt thank you to our amazing team from WILD 🦁(Mary Antonette Reyes, Arianna Chan, Kylie Hosea, Nancy Lopez, Nenotte Aminata Yacine Seck, Valeryia Karpach, Jimena Ortiz, Mara Giommarini Uriburu, Aitana Ramos, Holly Luisa Obermueller, Carla Rodríguez) and our partners from the Student Government Association (Alessio Leonardi, Victor Tourbin, Sabrina Yahi), Business Analytics Club (Sophia Umanzor) and the Menlo College Wine Club (Logan Avina-Barajas, Jaden Bradshaw). All of you really have an impact on our community, and your help was exceptional for the incredible turnout of our plans. Excited for the next steps, to carry forward the spirit of empowerment and solidarity, and to continuing inspiring women and celebrating the fearless spirits across the world. 🦁💕 #WILDClub #WomenInLeadership #EmpowerWomen #LeadershipDevelopment

Exciting Campus Community Fair Highlights! 🌟 Thrilled to share the incredible success of the recent Club Community Fair on campus! 🎉 The fair served as a vibrant platform for various clubs to showcase their missions and activities, fostering a sense of community and connection among students. It was inspiring to see the diverse range of clubs contributing to the diverse mix of our campus life. 🚀 Being part of the WILD Club has been an empowering journey. Our mission to cultivate leadership skills among women has gained momentum, and the fair provided us with the perfect opportunity to spread awareness about the incredible work we do. 💡 WILD Club focuses on mentorship, skill development, and creating a supportive network for aspiring women leaders. The fair allowed us to connect with like-minded individuals, share success stories, and encourage others to join our mission of empowering women to thrive in leadership roles. The sense of community was noticeable as we interacted with fellow students, faculty, and visitors. The fair not only celebrated the existing clubs but also inspired the creation of new ones. 🙌 I am grateful to be part of the WILD Club, contributing to the larger goal of promoting diversity and leadership on our campus. Let's continue to support each other, nurture leadership skills, and create a campus community that thrives on collaboration and empowerment! 🌈✨ #CampusCommunity #LeadershipDevelopment #WILDClub #Empowerment #DiversityInLeadership #StudentLifeSuccess
