Today we remember the life of Max Lenowitz, who died on this day in 2022 after taking what looked like a prescription Xanax. It was a counterfeit pill that contained a lethal dose of Fentanyl. After Max's death, NJ lawmakers designated July 14th as Fentanyl Poisoning Awareness Day. #OnePillCanKill, and educating yourself on these dangers is the best way to encourage #prevention. Lisa Lawson (Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton) strives to meet the needs of nonprofit and healthcare environments and is deeply dedicated to her various professional roles. The East Windsor Municipal Alliance promotes prevention, education and resources and provides this for individuals and families across their township in order to promote healthy development and healthy lifestyles.
