Today we celebrate our CTO, Pawel Latawiec, for being named to the Photonics 100! 🤩 👏 Pawel has led the development of our core metasurface technology since the start of Metalenz. He’s been critical to Metalenz launching our technology into real devices and now guides a multifunctional team building systems and solutions around our unique meta-optics for Polar ID. (We like to call him Polar Pawel) Paweł not only is key to the development of the first imaging sensing solution built around metasurfaces, but he is key to the development of the terrific company culture at Metalenz, encouraging innovation and creative problem solving at every turn- all critical ingredients for this disruptive tech, and a successful startup.
