🚧 Construction Update! 🚨 La Picosa at Brooks Shopping Center is in its final phase of development by Birnbaum Property Company. This will consist of 3 retail buildings (2 two-story, and 1 single-story) future tenants include a mix of multiple restaurants, bars, and offices. This property is adjacent to the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Brooks Hotel & Spa Resort. Sitework was recently completed, followed by under floor plumbing, electrical, concrete foundations and now the elevator pits are underway! During our construction site work process, our heavy equipment operators encountered multiple native limestone boulders, which will now be incorporated into the landscape design, not only saving our client funds but complementing the organic architectural style. #ConstructionUpdate #METROBuilt #BuildingSomethingBetter
