Loneliness as an entrepreneur taught me an important lesson. Building communities changes lives. I learned this firsthand during my journey with ELISA, creating Mexico’s first fresh and healthy child nutrition company. Starting something from scratch can feel isolating—especially while fighting for change. But over the past two years, something shifted for me. During Mexico Tech Week's previous editions, I found myself surrounded by thousands. Not just entrepreneurs, but people who believe deeply, who dream boldly. From lively exchanges about startups’ struggles, I saw something unique: genuine connections. People wanted others’ ideas, not just their own. Collaboration, not competition, was everywhere. This atmosphere exists because three visionaries, Bernardo Cordero, Alex Santana, and Victor Noguera dared not just create another event, but an ecosystem. They built something bigger—a space where innovation doesn’t sit on slides; instead, sparks ignite between people. Their vision changed me. So, I took their vision forward. Today, I’m beyond excited to announce that I will not only be attending Mexico Tech Week but shaping its future as 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. This year, we’re expecting over 15,000 attendees at 400+ events, creating more opportunities than ever for founders, investors, and dreamers to connect. I’m working alongside Bernardo, Alex and Victor, crafting spaces where entrepreneurs can walk away inspired, supported, and ready—not alone—to build new futures.
