About us
At Meyer Najem, we understand that a successful construction project takes a collection of people and processes and we have a passion for conducting it all to perfection: from the feasibility study to post-construction, for the single storefront to the multi-site corporation. We focus on a strong foundation, crafting buildings that meet the highest industry standards of sustainability, safety and technology. We approach each project with the utmost care and due diligence from start to finish. And we know that teamwork, proactive management and continuous communication are instrumental in a successful construction project. We’ve been strengthening communities throughout the Midwest since 1987. And we focus on all aspects of a community - healthcare, senior living, commercial, religious, government and institutional facilities.

A few of our team members recently met with some of the students at Noblesville High School's Freshman Career Fair. We spent the day introducing them to the exciting career paths available in construction management, from hands-on trade work to office-based support roles. The students were especially drawn to our tech demonstrations, including 3D modeling, drones, and virtual reality headsets. It's amazing to see young people excited about the future of construction! #MeyerNajem #CareerFair #ConstructionCareers #FutureBuilders #ConstructionInnovation #VR #NextGeneration

ICYMI: Check out this story about Ogul Elar, one of our Senior Estimators who returned to Indiana with his family this summer after 14 years in his native Turkey. “Given the tough immigration regulations, I didn’t expect to return to the U.S., no matter how well the interview process went,” Ogul said. “Then, eight months later, I received an email giving me the green light. It was surreal—we were officially welcomed back to America!” Read the full story here - https://lnkd.in/gvsqMQTr #MeyerNajem #Construction #BuildingStrengthInCommunity

It was an exciting day in Lafayette as we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Lafayette Riverfront mixed use project. Upon completion, the project will feature 157 apartments and a post-tension concrete, 161 stall parking garage. A notable challenge we're ready tackle is the constrained project site. The parcel is bordered by 50 feet of active railroad, a ramp that goes across the river and historical buildings. Our partners on this effort will include John Purdue Block Partners, Third Street Ventures, Barrett & Stokely , GEDA Architects, Studio M Architecture & Planning , LHB (Lynch Harrison Brumleve), Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. , Enviro-Max, Inc. , James Babcock, Inc and several trade partners.

For the second time in two weeks, we are thinking of those in the Southeast who were affected by Hurricane Milton. Many communities had just begun the process of rebuilding, and we know the road back will be long and difficult. We are grateful our team members in the South continue to be relatively unaffected, and will continue to stand in solidarity with those impacted by these storms. #MeyerNajemSoutheast #HurricaneMilton #MeyerNajem #CommunitySupport
