Exciting news! I am honored to share that I have been appointed to the Board of Directors of The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, joining an outstanding group of business leaders dedicated to making the region a top global destination for business and a leader in inclusive growth. Meyer represents part of the Chamber's on-going commitment to amplifying organizations within the Middle Market. I am excited to add our unique perspective as a locally based design firm with a national presence. As an inner-city kid from Southwest Philly, this nomination is especially meaningful to me. I have witnessed the incredible growth of the Philadelphia business community and the impact that growth has had on my hometown. It is a privilege to add my voice to this incredible Board.

We are proud to announce the completion of Marsh McLennan’s refreshed corporate office located in #Philadelphia’s United Plaza.   The firm’s workspace fosters a flexible work environment, featuring an innovative “smart office” concept with technology-forward amenities complemented by ample focus rooms, huddle rooms, and small and large conferencing spaces. Open workspaces and agile seating areas are incorporated throughout the space.   “We designed Marsh McLennan’s modern Philadelphia office to bring together a number of the firm’s businesses in a single high-tech, flexible space, redefining how they each work together,” said Debra Breslow, NCIDQ, IIDA, WELL AP, Principal at Meyer. “The new workspace encourages collaboration and adaptability among Marsh McLennan’s employees."   The Meyer team, led by Debra Breslow, NCIDQ, IIDA, WELL AP , also included Project Manager Jessica Nixon, LEED AP, WELL AP , Senior Designer Jamye Petrini, NCIDQ , and Designer Heather Witmer. EQT Exeter tasked Meyer with repositioning two exterior entrances to attract new life science tenants for this 100,000+ SF facility in Branchburg, NJ.   Our focus was on enhancing the main entrance and the building's visibility from US-22, and the results speak for themselves—a significant boost to the property’s marketability. A big thank you to everyone who played a role in the design and construction of this project. Your hard work truly shines through in the final product!

As a communications professional, this person is responsible for the external communications for Meyer. This position is a key part of our brand voice and will include communication strategy, writing, and social media execution. Candidate should have strong writing and communication skills, experience with social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok), and an understanding of commercial brand strategy on social media. This position will work alongside our Business Development Team and Graphic Design Specialist. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the headquarters office in Ardmore, PA.

Presidential Blvd., two Class A medical office buildings where we focused on enhancing both the tenant and visitor experience - key upgrades included improving accessibility at building entrances, installing canopies at drop-off areas, exterior painting, landscape improvements, and upgraded signage.
