Earlier this week, Mayfran hosted a handful of Max S. Hayes High School machining and welding students at our facility for a field trip. The students toured the shop floor and received an overview on how our conveyors are constructed. On top of this, they had time to shadow and learn from some of our welders. All-in-all, we had a great time hosting and hope that this trip will help inspire the next generation of workers in the industry. Special thanks to Manufacturing Works and our HR department for orchestrating the trip!
