Honored to be a Keynote Speaker at the 17th Annual Nursing Research Day! I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to speak at Henry Ford Hospital’s 17th Annual Nursing Research Day. It was an incredible experience to share my insights on nursing innovation and to inspire nurses at all levels to become innovators and disruptors in our field. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, I believe in the power of innovation to drive meaningful change in healthcare. I hope my talk encouraged my fellow nurses to embrace new ideas and challenge the status quo for the betterment of patient care and our profession.
