Demolition Art I often find myself checking on daily project safety and progress updates and get caught viewing them for what seems like hours in complete awe. While we don’t technically “install” any finish products, we do view our business of demolition as an art form. Completing demolition scopes of work requires safe synchronization of technical labor, equipment, tools and sometimes building occupants. Often times, as in the picture below, demolition progress truly a piece of fine art. Huge thanks to our artists who lace up the boots every day, and work their asses off to create these masterpieces. Team Chicago held a gathering over the weekend where our office and field leaders were invited to join each other with food/drink/games. Since the start of business in 2014 our primary goal has been to treat all of our people with respect and build a “family” like environment. Like all families there are ups and downs, successes and failures, and many personalities but when we’re able to take a Sunday afternoon and enjoy our time together there is no better feeling!
